A Cisco 831 router that always boot to ROMMON 1>, what can I do to configure it using IOS commands?

I have a new Cisco 831 Router, and I was trying to


configure it using CLI, and was connected to a PC


through console port.


Every thing was going fine, but all of the sudden,


Electricity goes off, and when it comes back, the


Router couldn't boot the normal way, and always gos to


RomMonitor mode, as follows:





System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(11r)YV3, RELEASE

Please, tell me what to do, to be able to use the


router, and configure it using the IOS commands

Reply:Type confreg 0x2142 at the rommon 1%26gt; prompt to boot from Flash without loading the configuration.





Type reset at the rommon 2%26gt; prompt.
Reply:If you upload the flash at this time your IOS is corrupted.





Try to upload it again.





Use UPS ......
Reply:You have to change the config register. Type 'confreg 0x142' at the prompt, confirm, type command 'reset' to reboot.


Commands vary by cisco products, can also be config-reg
