What is the question? Also, your subject is far to vague, anyone asking a question here "needs help" that is assumed. Not be rude, but technically the answer to your only question is "yes, someone can help you" but we first need to know help with what?





What type of error message are you getting? What are you doing when you have the problem? What steps have you already taken to try and resolve the problem on your own?


The log file is like going to a Dr. , saying "something is wrong" and having the Dr perform every test possible. Someone could probably point out 5 other problems that are unrelated to your actual problem.
